The Titanium® Tactical QR I is a durable soft armor tactical vest with a quick release system, designed to provide maximum level IIIA protection according to NIJ 0101.04 standard, while also offering resistance against blades and sharp objects. Built for high performance, it combines secure and ergonomic fit, increased load-bearing capacity, and long lifespan.

The integrated Titanium SP.3A.301 soft armor panel is a hybrid solution combining UHMWPE and UD Aramid materials, designed to meet and exceed the requirements of level IIIA of NIJ 0101.04 standard. It offers proven protection against special ballistic threats such as 7.62x25mm TOKAREV and 9x18mm MSC (Makarov). Tested according to NIJ 0115.00 standard, it also protects against knives or other sharp threats such as the S1/G blade, with maximum penetration less than 16mm at 20 Joules impact energy.

Constructed with CORDURA® outer fabric and lined with three-dimensional (3D) Coolmax® Spacetec® fabric, the vest is lightweight yet extremely durable, with antibacterial properties and temperature regulation capabilities. The 3D Spacetec® lining improves air circulation, reduces moisture, and prevents the growth of fungi and odors.

Featuring full 360° torso ballistic coverage, it incorporates PALS strap system, allowing secure attachment of pouches and accessories using the MOLLE system without sacrificing comfort, mobility, or protection.

The four-point quick release system on the shoulders and waist utilizes hook & loop fasteners and replaceable TUBE quick connectors for perfect and reliable body adjustment, as well as quick application and removal under pressure conditions. Wide shoulder and waist closures ensure stable yet comfortable fit and optimal weight distribution.

Additional features include reinforced drag handle on the back, front and back external pockets for 25x30 cm hard armor plates, loop tapes for identification or service patches. All hook & loop fasteners meet the US Army MIL SPEC F AA-55126B standard.
