The specialized waterproofing product by Storm Care is designed for all down garments and equipment. It restores lost water repellency—due to use and dirt—on the outer layer (DWR) of your garments, improving their breathability.

Instructions for Use

Shake the bottle well.

Pour a 75ml dose into the fabric softener compartment.

Select a wash program according to the garment’s label.

For optimal performance, combine in the same wash cycle with Storm Care’s Down Wash (Wash In) detergent for waterproof membranes.

To activate waterproofing, dry in the dryer using specialized dryer balls to allow the down to dry evenly, following the garment’s label instructions.

If you don’t have a dryer, let the garment air dry by hanging, and then carefully iron on low heat, ideally with a cloth over it.

If needed, pause drying temporarily and pat the garment with your hands to "break up" down clusters and distribute them evenly throughout the garment.
